Patch Notes
We've been shipping a lot over the last few weeks. This is the handful that actually changes how you run a job. The rest was polish and housecleaning.
You can now build a punch list from tasks across projects, then share it. Subs get a link. No account. They see the work, not your whole project.
You can walk that same list yourself on site. Mark items as you go. Tasks can carry documents now, not just photos, so the cut sheet or the email from the supplier lives on the task. When you need a paper copy, export the list as CSV or PDF.
Every room can have its own QR code and its own specs page. Print it, tape it to the wall, and the plumber scans into that room's approved selections, drawings, plans, and inspiration. Not the whole house. That room.
Those QR sheets also land in the specification package, project-wide and per-room, so you are not hunting a separate download. Inspiration images can ride along in the package too, with a toggle if you do not want them on the share page.
When you publish a spec package, we snapshot which selection was approved on each item. If someone changes a live selection later, the published package still says what went to the job.
Design reviews are no longer just selections. Clients can look at inspiration images and detailed drawings in the same review, in the same comments thread. The mood board and the spec can live in one conversation.
The library now has Furniture, with seating, tables, lamps, rugs, and art. Bathroom Mirror is just Mirror. Those items take width, depth, and height, so a sofa and a sconce are not stuffed into the same leftover bucket.
