Do I need a special format?
No. Use our CSV template, a supplier PDF, or files you already have. The chatbot path takes whatever you drop in after you connect MCP.
What if a URL fails?
Retry the failed rows. You do not re-upload the whole file. Or open the partial selection and finish it manually.
What about custom items with no URL?
Add those by hand after the import, or we can help on an onboarding call.
Do I pay before I import?
No. Sign up free, import, draft the project. You pay when you publish.
Does this replace Buildertrend?
