How to set up your company profile and logo in Fixture & Finish
Professional branding for your field documents and client approvals
When you send selection sheets to clients or print specification packages for subcontractors on the jobsite, your branding needs to look clean and professional. Relying on messy spreadsheets with broken formatting makes it hard to maintain a polished image. Fixture & Finish lets you customize your account with your company name, logo and web address so that every document you export or share carries your business's identity.
At Foxhall Homes, Alex and Michael use this exact setup to ensure every plumbing, electrical, and tile package printed for their Bethesda jobsites features the Foxhall logo at the top. This keeps subcontractors aligned and ensures the field team is always working off official, branded documents.

How to set up your company profile
Setting up your company profile takes less than two minutes. Follow these steps to upload your logo and add your business details:
Hover over your name and initials in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
Click Admin Settings from the menu that appears.
Locate the "Account Admin" section and click the Manage button.
Enter your company's web address in the website field.
Upload your company logo. For the best results on printed documents and PDFs, use an image that is up to 480 × 120 pixels in PNG, JPEG, or WebP format, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
Click save to apply the changes across your entire account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where does my logo actually appear?
Your company's branding is automatically placed on the cover page of all printed specification packages, client approval sheets, and shared digital links. This keeps your branding consistent without you having to manually paste images into spreadsheets or document headers.
Can I invite my team members and assign them different roles?
Yes. From the Admin Settings menu, you can invite your designers, project managers, or co-owners and assign them specific permissions so they can manage selections alongside you. Subcontractors and clients do not need accounts; you can distribute branded PDFs and links directly to them.
What happens if my logo image is larger than 480 x 120 pixels?
The system will scale the image to fit the header area of your documents, but for the cleanest, sharpest look on printed spec sheets, we recommend cropping and resizing your image to 480 x 120 pixels before uploading.
